Kingsmen Capital Investments is a Canadian firm specializing in small business financing solutions for small-medium enterprises across the country. Consisting of experienced and professional personnel, our team is well versed in the finance industry working alongside clients in maximizing business growth. Possessing vast industry knowledge, Kingsmen prides itself on understanding client needs and taking calculated actions accordingly.
When we decided to expand our restaurant, we knew that we needed capital for renovation and adding new inventory. Kingsmen offered us a great alternative to taking out a traditional loan with the bank that helped us make the much needed changes to small business financing. They gave us the exact amount we needed, and created a repayment plan that was easy to pay back and worked well for us.
Our team consists of individuals from various professional backgrounds such as banking, private credit, consulting, entrepreneurship, account management, and financial technology.
President
Ammar has been in the finance industry for almost a decade. He began his career as a strategy consultant at Bell where he managed the implementation of large scale telecommunication projects. He would later enter the private capital markets as a corporate account manager at a private credit fund. Ammar’s time in capital markets gave him the experience to prepare large investments for Canadian middle market corporations. He would later create Kingsmen Capital Investments with a goal of assisting Canada’s lower middle-market businesses with financing and advisory. He is also the managing partner of SME Fintech debt fund Growth Street Capital. Ammar holds a degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Laurentian University.
He is an avid sports fan, playing competitive cricket in Toronto, England and Pakistan. Ammar is also an avid fan of the Toronto Raptors.
CEO
With over 20 years of management experience in the financial and sales industry and 15 years in brokerage including Wells Fargo and Dominion Lending. Roger has brought his expertise to Kingsmen Capital, working largely in unsecured business finance and private capital loans.
Roger’s last venture was a multi-million dollar education company based in Alberta. Enrolling over 5000 students in the first two years. He is an active member in the Surrey community through Guru Nanak’s Free Kitchen, the Surrey Food Bank and by sponsoring children in 3rd world countries. Roger also works with local youth coaching high school basketball as a Level 3 NCCP certified coach, something he has enjoyed for over ten years. Roger continues to share his passion for community and looks forward to working with clients on achieving their goals.
Partnerships Manager
Pamela brings over 20 years of experience in customer service, financial advisory and business development. Through her professional experiences she has become well versed in the manufacturing, distribution, investments, and financial brokering industries. Pamela brings forth a mixture of professional business development and sales experience with investment and financial knowledge to assist businesses with their financings. Pamela previously was a sales director at Industrial Alliance leading a team of financial advisors to assist Quebec clients. She is the main point of contact for Kingsmen’s Quebec clients, being fluent in French and English. She is a graduate of John Abbott College where she studied social and political sciences. She is also a certified financial advisor (Autorite Des Marches Financiers).
Sales Director
Damien Atapattu has held previous positions in banking and sales. He was a business analyst at Scotia and held previous positions in account management and customer success. Damien also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Business Analysis from the University of Toronto. He currently heads the firm’s major sales departments and has vast experience in commercial, real estate, and equipment financing. Leveraging his knowledge of Asset Finance, He is currently the main source of contact and principal corporate finance advisor for the Corporate Finance Division. Damien holds a business degree in business administration and management from York University.
Operations Manager
Jenn has been in the small business financing industry for almost a decade. She began her career in financial services as a merchant service advisor assisting small businesses with payment solutions. Her work at Kingsmen entails the management and structuring of the firm’s operational activities. She is also a Director of Merchant Services at KIS Payments. Jenn holds a bachelor of business degree in Accounting and Finance from Thompson Rivers University.
Business Account Manager
Timur Abdullah has held previous positions in finance and banking. He was a revenue analyst in a leading Hospitality Company in Dubai, UAE and held previous position as Finance Specialist. Timur is currently working at Kingsmen Capital Investments as an Operations Manager. He plays a key role in maintaining and increasing the efficiency of a business. A solid foundation in finance helps him to understand and communicate how key business decisions impact results. Timur holds a bachelor of Science Economics with Finance from the University of Westminster.
Office Manager
Victoria is our Office Manager at Kingsmen Capital. She had worked in sales and business as a manager for over a decade. Victoria takes care of the application department and all office procedures. She uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy environment. Victoria also supports the sales manager and teams on a day to day basis.
